ON MAKING A CHANGE IN THE REGISTER OF PARTICIPANTS OF ORGANIZATIONS CONSTITUTING LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANIES REGISTERED BY THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA

Pursuant to Article 18, part 4, clause “g¹” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 11, part 7 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Limited Liability Companies”, clause 2 of the Procedure “On Maintaining the Register of Participants of Organizations Constituting Limited Liability Companies Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, approved by Decision No. 206N of 15 July 2014 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, taking into consideration the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 36 of 13 August 2025) and the petitions and attached documents of “Vilko” LLC dated 04 July 2025, 18 July 2025, 31 July 2025, 01 August 2025 and 12 August 2025,

I d e c i d e:

1. To make a change in the register of participants of organizations constituting limited liability companies registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, in connection with the change of address of “Vilko” LLC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of signing.
