ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “FAST BANK” CJSC

Pursuant to Article 18, part 4, clause “g1” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 33, part 2 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, clause 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Issuance of Consents and Permissions, Assessment of Professional Suitability and Qualification in the Field of Banking”, approved by Decision No. 145-N of 12 April 2005 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, taking into consideration the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 36 of 13 August 2025) and the petitions and attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Fast Bank” CJSC on 13 June 2025 and 15 July 2025,

I d e c i d e:

  1. To register Anna Petrosyan as Head of Internal Audit of “Fast Bank” CJSC.
  2. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of signing.
  3. Clause 1 of this Decision shall remain effective until 13 August 2026.
