ON REGISTERING THE CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT COMPOSITION OF “FIDO INVEST” CLOSED JOINT-STOCK COMPANY (INVESTMENT COMPANY)

Pursuant to Article 18, part 4, clause “g¹” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 221, part 2 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, clause 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Qualification Procedure for Managers of Investment Service Providers, the Operator and the Central Depository, and for Individuals Providing Investment Services, as well as Criteria of Professional Suitability for Managers and the Registration Procedure”, approved by Decision No. 15N of 15 January 2008 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, taking into consideration the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 36 of 13 August 2025) and the petition of “FIDO INVEST” CJSC submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on 25 July 2025 together with the attached documents,

I d e c i d e:

1. To register Karen Sahakyan as Head of Internal Audit of “FIDO INVEST” CJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its registration for “FIDO INVEST” CJSC or the date of its delivery to the duly authorized person of “FIDO INVEST” CJSC, in accordance with the prescribed procedure.
