ON PERMITTING THE TERMINATION OF ACTIVITIES OF “AMIO BANK” CJSC “ZVARTNOTS” AND “KANAKER” BRANCHES

Pursuant to Article 18, part 4, clause “g1” of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 28, part 8 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, Chapter 11 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Issuance of Consents and Permissions, Assessment of Professional Suitability and Qualification in the Field of Banking”, approved by Decision No. 145N of 12 April 2005 of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, taking into consideration the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 36 of 13 August 2025) and the petition of “AMIO BANK” CJSC dated 17 July 2025 and the attached documents,

I d e c i d e:

  1. To permit the termination of activities of the “AMIO BANK” CJSC “Zvartnots” and “Kanaker” branches.
  2. To deem the termination of activities of the “AMIO BANK” CJSC “Zvartnots” and “Kanaker” branches registered as of the date of submission of the relevant documents to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
  3. This Decision shall enter into force on the date of signing.
