ON REGISTRATION OF A CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF “INECOBANK” CJSC

Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 33 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Banks and Banking Activity”, Points 188 and 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedure for Licensing, Registration, Issuance of Consent and Permission, Professional Suitability Assessment and Qualification in the Field of Banking Activity” approved by Decision No. 145-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 April 2005, taking into account the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 34 dated 30 July 2025), Minutes No. 27 BS of the meeting of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 12 August 2025, as well as the applications and accompanying documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Inecobank” CJSC on 26 June 2025 and 17 July 2025,

I decide:

1. To register Mr. Nerses Karamanukyan as a member of the Board of “Inecobank” CJSC.
2. This Decision shall enter into force upon signature.
