CHAIRMAN’S DECISION

ON AMENDING DECISION No. 1/107 A OF THE CHAIRMAN OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE REPUBLIC OF ARMENIA DATED 4 APRIL 2025

Pursuant to Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” and guided by Articles 33 and 34 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Normative Legal Acts”,

I decide:

1. Replace the date “14 August” with “24 August” in Point 3 of the Decision No. 1/107 A of the Chairman of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 4 April 2025, titled “On Permitting the Temporary Suspension of the Activity of the ‘Malatia’ Branch of ‘Unibank’ Open Joint-Stock Company”
2. This Decision shall enter into force upon signature.
