ON REGISTRATION OF AMENDMENTS TO THE RL 1-003 “RULES ON QUALIFICATION OF EXPERTS AND REPAIR ORGANIZATIONS IN THE MTPL SECTOR” OF THE BUREAU OF MOTOR INSURERS OF ARMENIA

Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 2 of Article 37 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Mandatory Insurance of Civil Liability Arising out of the Use of Motor Vehicles”, taking into account the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 35 dated 6 August 2025) and the application with attached documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by the Bureau of Motor Insurers of Armenia on 14 July 2025,

I decide:

  1. To register the amendments made to the RL 1-003 “Rules on Qualification and Cooperation of Experts and Repair Organizations in the MTPL Sector”, approved by Decision No. 21-L of the Board of the Bureau of Motor Insurers of Armenia dated 1 July 2025.
  2. This Decision shall enter into force upon adoption.
