On the Registration of the “Armavir” Representative Office of “Armenia Development and Investments Corporation” UCO CJSC

Pursuant to Clause “e¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 3 of Article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, taking into account the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 35 of 06.08.2025), and the applications and attached documents submitted by “Armenia Development and Investments Corporation” UCO CJSC on 13.06.2025, 11.07.2025 and 01.08.2025,

I decide:

  1. To register the “Armavir” Representative Office of “Armenia Development and Investments Corporation” UCO CJSC.
  2. This decision shall enter into force on the day following the date it is entered into “Armenia Development and Investments Corporation” UCO CJSC or delivered to the duly authorized person of “Armenia Development and Investments Corporation” UCO CJSC.
