On Making a Change in the Register of Participants of Limited Liability Companies Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

Pursuant to Clause “e¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 7 of Article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Limited Liability Companies”, Clause 2 of the “Procedure for Maintaining the Register of Participants of Limited Liability Companies Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” approved under Decision No. 206-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 15.07.2014, taking into account the opinion of the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Protocol No. 35 of 06.08.2025), and the application and attached documents submitted by “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization LLC on 22.07.2025,

I decide:

1. To make a change in the Register of Participants of Limited Liability Companies registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, in connection with the change in the charter capital of “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization LLC.
2. This decision shall enter into force upon its signing.
