ON REGISTRATION OF CHANGES IN THE MANAGEMENT OF “SMART CREDIT” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Part 1 of Article 92 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, and Points 133, 146, and 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedure for Licensing, Registration, Issuance of Consent and Permission, Professional Suitability Assessment and Qualification in the Field of Activity of Credit Organizations”, approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, and based on the applications and accompanying documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Smart Credit” UCO LLC on 3 July 2025 and 25 July 2025,

I decide:

1. To remove Ms. Arpine Arabyan from registration as Chief Accountant of “Smart Credit” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company.
2. To register Ms. Anahit Mnatsakanyan as Chief Accountant of “Smart Credit” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its receipt by “Smart Credit” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company or delivery to the duly authorized representative of that company in accordance with the established procedure.
