ON REGISTRATION OF A CHANGE IN THE MANAGEMENT OF “GAZEL FINANCE” UNIVERSAL CREDIT ORGANIZATION LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

Pursuant to Point “g¹” of Part 4 of Article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, Article 92 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia “On Credit Organizations”, and Points 133, 146, and 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedure for Licensing, Registration, Issuance of Consent and Permission, Professional Suitability Assessment and Qualification in the Field of Activity of Credit Organizations”, approved by Decision No. 194-N of the Board of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia dated 1 July 2008, taking into account the applications and accompanying documents submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Gazel Finance” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company on 8 July 2025, 23 July 2025, and 5 August 2025,

I decide:

1. To remove Ms. Irina Ohanyan from registration as Chief Accountant of “Gazel Finance” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company.
2. To register Mr. Vahe Grigoryan as Chief Accountant of “Gazel Finance” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company.
3. This Decision shall enter into force on the day following the date of its receipt by “Gazel Finance” Universal Credit Organization Limited Liability Company or delivery to the duly authorized representative of that company in accordance with the established procedure.
