Registering the Supplement to the Program Prospectus for Bonds of “Armenia Economy Development Bank – ArmEconomBank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company
Whereas “Armenia Economy Development Bank – ArmEconomBank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, submitted an application to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on July 22, 2025 for registering a supplement to the Program Prospectus for nominal, coupon bonds as set down under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Governor Decision No. 1/103 A, dated April 2, 2025, along with all the documentation and deliverables, which is required in applying for registration of a prospectus in accordance with the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market” and Regulation 4/04 “Prospectus and Statements of Reporting Issuers” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 68-N, dated March 11, 2008;
By virtue of what is stated above; and
Pursuant to Article 2 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 14 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”,
We decide:
- Register the Supplement to the Program Prospectus as provided by “Armenia Economy Development Bank – ArmEconomBank” Open Joint-Stock Company for nominal, coupon bonds and set down under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Governor Decision No. 1/103 A, dated April 2, 2025.
- This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Armenia Economy Development Bank – ArmEconomBank” Open Joint-Stock Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Armenia Economy Development Bank – ArmEconomBank” Open Joint-Stock Company.
