 Granting Consent to the General Terms and Conditions for Lending to be Provided by “Musoyan AAA” Pawnshop, a Limited Liability Company

 

Having examined the General Terms and Conditions for lending to be provided by “Musoyan AAA” Pawnshop, a Limited Liability Company (hereinafter also referred to as the “Pawnshop”), which was submitted by the Pawnshop to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on July 21, 2025; and

In view of Article 2 (3) and Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 5 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Pawnshops and the Pawnshop Activity”,

 We decide: 

  1. Grant a consent to the General Terms and Conditions for lending to be provided by “Musoyan AAA” Pawnshop Limited Liability Company, as submitted by the Pawnshop to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on July 21, 2025.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
