 GOVERNOR DECISION

 Introducing a Change to the Register of Participants with the Organizations, Acting as Limited Liability Company, which are Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

  In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 11 (7) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Limited Liability Companies”; and Paragraph 2 of the “Procedure for Running the Register of Participants with the Organizations, Acting as Limited Liability Company, which are Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 206-N, dated July 15, 2014;

Having examined the letter of request, dated June 24, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Future Capital Market”, a Limited Liability Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Introduce a change to the Register of Participants with the organizations, acting as limited liability company, which are registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, in connection with the change in the passport details of the participant with “Future Capital Market”
  2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Future Capital Market” LLC or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Future Capital Market” LLC.
