 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 9² of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 146 (1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Having examined the letter of request, dated July 4, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Unileasing” Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide:         

1. Remove Ararat Ghukasyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Unileasing” Credit Organization
2. Remove Ovsanna Araqelyan from her registered role as Member of the Board of “Unileasing” Credit Organization CJSC.
3. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Unileasing” Credit Organization CJSC or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Unileasing” Credit Organization
