 GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the “Homplex Mall” Branch Office of “ACBA Bank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 28 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Chapter 6 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 33, dated July 23, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, dated June 26, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Agricultural Cooperative Bank of Armenia–ACBA Bank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, presented to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, 

We decide:

  1. Register the “Homplex Mall” Branch Office of “Agricultural Cooperative Bank of Armenia–ACBA Bank”
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
