GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Fido Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company (Investment Company)

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26 (1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 33, dated July 23, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Fido Invest”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company (Investment Company), to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on June 3, 2025, July 4, 2025, and on July 7, 2025,            

           We decide: 

1. Remove Anahit Musaelyan from her registered role as Head of Internal Audit within “Fido Invest” Closed Joint-Stock Company (Investment Company).
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
