 Registering the “Nzhdeh” Branch Office of “G&A” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 7 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Chapter 4 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 33, dated July 23, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated June 30, 2025 and July 17, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “G&A” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company, presented to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Register the “Nzhdeh” Branch Office of “G&A” Universal Credit Organization
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
