 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Velox” Credit Union, a Limited Liability Company

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 133 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Having examined the letters of request, dated May 29, 2025 and July 4, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Velox” Credit Union, a Limited Liability Company, presented to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Register Denis Zeroyan into the role as Deputy Executive Director of “Velox” Credit Union, a Limited Liability Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
