GOVERNOR DECISION

 July 16, 2025 No. 1/242 A

  Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Vilco”, a Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 32, dated July 16, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Vilco”, a Limited Liability Company, presented to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on June 18, 2025, June 30, 2025, July 1, 2025, and on July 4, 2025,

           We decide: 

1. Register Olga Omelchenko into the role as Deputy Executive Director of “Vilco” Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
