 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Fast Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Field of Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 32, dated July 16, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Fast Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on May 19, 2025, May 24, 2025, June 16, 2025, June 25, 2025, and on July 7, 2025,  

         We decide: 

  1. Register Argine Karapetyan into the role responsible for performing a Compliance Officer function within “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
