 Registering the “Rules to Tariffs” of the “Central Depository of Armenia”, an Open Joint-Stock Company

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 180 (6) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 66 of Regulation 5/02 “Registration and Licensing of the Central Depository; Procedure for Seeking Preliminary Consent for Acquiring a Qualifying Holding in the Statutory Capital of the Central Depository; Rules, Method and Terms for Submitting the Business Plan” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 14-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 30, dated July 2, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which the “Central Depository of Armenia”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on May 26, 2025 and on May 27, 2025,    

 We decide: 

  1. Register the “Rules to Tariffs” as established by the “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
