 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Fast Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Field of Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 31, dated July 9, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Fast Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on March 26, 2025, April 11, 2025, April 28, 2025, May 26, 2025, June 2, 2025, June 13, 2025, June 25, 2025, and on July 4, 2025,

        We decide: 

  1. Register Alik Stepanyan into the role as Member of the Directorate of “Fast Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
