 GOVERNOR DECISION

 July 9, 2025 No. 1/233 A

 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of the “Central Depository of Armenia”, an Open Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 and Paragraph 26 (1) of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 31, dated July 9, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which the “Central Depository of Armenia”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on June 18, 2025,

 We decide: 

1. Remove Marinus Maskant Aree from the registered role as Member of the Supervisory Board of the “Central Depository of Armenia” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
