GOVERNOR DECISION

 July 9, 2025 No. 1/231 A

 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Tonton”, a Limited Liability Company (Investment Company)

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 31, dated July 9, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Tonton”, a Limited Liability Company (Investment Company), to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on May 29, 2025, June 19, 2025 and on June 24, 2025,

 We decide: 

1. Remove Qristina Qyalamyan from her registered role as Chief Accountant of “Tonton” Limited Liability Company (Investment Company).
2. Register Alisa Sargsyan into the role as Chief Accountant of “Tonton” Limited Liability Company (Investment Company).
3. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Tonton” Limited Liability Company (Investment Company) or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Tonton” Limited Liability Company (Investment Company).
