 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Vilco”, a Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 221 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 30, dated July 2, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables presented by “Vilco”, a Limited Liability Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on May 16, 2025, June 4, 2025, and on June 20, 2025,

           We decide: 

  1. Remove Irina Belisheva from her registered role as Deputy Executive Director of “Vilco” Limited Liability Company.
  2. Register Irina Belisheva into the role as Executive Director of “Vilco” Limited Liability Company.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
