 GOVERNOR DECISION

 July 2, 2025 No. 1/225 A

 Introducing a Change to the Register of Participants with the Organizations, Acting as Limited Liability Company, which are Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 11 (7) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Limited Liability Companies”; and Paragraph 2 of the “Procedure for Running the Register of Participants with the Organizations, Acting as Limited Liability Company, which are Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” as approved by the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 206-N, dated July 15, 2014;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 30, dated July 2, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated June 13, 2025 and June 25, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Vilco”, a Limited Liability Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, 

 We decide: 

1. Introduce a change to the Register of Participants with the organizations, acting as limited liability company, which are registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia, in connection with the change in: 1/ the brand name of, 2/ the Participant with, and 3/ the size of statutory capital of “Vilco” Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Vilco” Limited Liability Company, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Vilco” Limited Liability Company.
