GOVERNOR DECISION

 Appointing of the Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the “Information Systems Agency of Armenia”

In view of the Decision no. 23.06.2025/01 of the Board of Trustees of the “Information Systems Agency of Armenia” Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Foundation”) and the Foundation Director’s notification, dated June 23, 2025, stating that there is a vacancy for the position of Chairman of the Board;

Pursuant to operative clause 5 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Governor Decision (no. 1/169-L, dated April 11, 2022); and Article 23 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Foundations”; and Point 32 of the Charter of the Foundation,

We decide:

1․     Appoint Ashot Gabrielyan to serve in the role as Chairman of the Board of Trustees of the “Information Systems Agency of Armenia” Foundation, upon the proposed nomination by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
