 GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the Managers of “Premium Invest”, an Investment Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 4/05 “Procedure for Qualification of Investment Service Provider, the Operator and the Central Depository Managers and Natural Persons as Investment Service Providers; Manager Professional Integrity Criteria and Manager Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 15-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 25, dated May 27, 2025); and the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 101 A, dated June 20, 2025; and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on April 8, 2025 and on May 8, 2025 by Davit Harutyunyan, the initiator of the establishment of “Premium Invest”, a Limited Liability Company,  

 We decide: 

1. Register Davit Harutyunyan into the role as Executive Director of “Premium Invest”, an Investment Limited Liability
2. Register Arus Smbatyan into the role as Chief Accountant of “Premium Invest”, an Investment Limited Liability
3. Register Hayk Babayan into the role as Head of Internal Audit within “Premium Invest”, an Investment Limited Liability Company.
4. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
