 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Ardshinbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 33 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”; and Paragraph 201 (1) and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Field of Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 29, dated June 25, 2025); and

Having examined the letter of request, dated June 4, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Ardshinbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Remove Garegin Tosunyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Ardshinbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
