GOVERNOR DECISION

June 25, 2025 No. 1/217 A

 Suspending the 30-Business-Day Period for Registration of the Rules of “Fintech Open Opportunities Fund” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “DF Capital”, a Limited Liability Company

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 112 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 29, dated June 25, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated April 7, 2025, May 20, 2025, and May 27, 2025, along with all the required documents and deliverables, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia for registration of the Rules of “Fintech Open Opportunities Fund” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “DF Capital”, a Limited Liability Company,

           We decide: 

  1. Suspend the 30-business-day period for registration of the Rules of “Fintech Open Opportunities Fund” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “DF Capital” Limited Liability Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “DF Capital” Limited Liability Company, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “DF Capital” Limited Liability Company.
