GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Housing for Youth” Refinancier Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 9 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 133, Paragraph 146 and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 28, dated June 18, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated June 9, 2025, June 10, 2025, and June 16, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, provided by “Housing for Youth” Refinancier Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

1. Remove Garegin Gevorgyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Housing for Youth” Refinancier Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. Register Karen Babayan into the role as Member of the Board of “Housing for Youth” Refinancier Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Housing for Youth” Refinancier Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Housing for Youth” Refinancier Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
