 GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “MOGO” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 9² (1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”; and Paragraph 133, Paragraph 146, and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letter of request, along with the documentation and deliverables, which “MOGO” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on June 2, 2025,

 We decide: 

1. Remove Gayane Malkhasyan from her registered role as Chief Accountant of “MOGO” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
2. Register Srbuhi Melqonyan into the role as Chief Accountant of “MOGO” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
3. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “MOGO” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “MOGO” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
