 Permitting the Temporary Termination of the Activities of “Aparan” Branch Office of “Unibank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company

 

         In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 28 (8) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, and Paragraph 58 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;

        Considering the letter of request, dated June 6, 2025, along with the documentation enclosed, and other relevant deliverables, which “Unibank”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, provided to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Permit the temporary termination of the activities of “Aparan” Branch Office of “Unibank” Open Joint-Stock Company․
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
