 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia”, a Limited Liability Company

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 61 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Investment Funds”; and Paragraph 20 of Regulation 10/05 “Accreditation of Management of Investment Fund Managers and Custodians; Accreditation of Natural Persons Implementing Investment Fund Management and Investment Fund Custody, Criteria for their Professional Compliance; and the List of Topics for Assessing their Professional Qualification” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 115-N, dated May 2, 2005;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 27, dated June 11, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia”, a Limited Liability Company, provided to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on May 8, 2025, May 30, 2025, and on June 6, 2025,  

 We decide: 

  1. Register Guenther Mandl into the role as Member of the Board of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “C-Quadrat Ampega Asset Management Armenia” Limited Liability Company.
