 GOVERNOR DECISION

 Introducing a Change to the Register of Participants with the Organizations, Acting as Limited Liability Company, which are Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and Article 11 (7) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Limited Liability Companies”; and Paragraph 2 of the “Procedure for Running the Register of Participants with the Organizations, Acting as Limited Liability Company, which are Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 206-N, dated July 15, 2014;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 27, dated June 11, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated April 17, 2025, April 29, 2025, May 26, 2025, and June 9, 2025, which “Freedom Finance Armenia”, a Limited Liability Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Introduce a change to the “Register of Participants with the Organizations, Acting as Limited Liability Company, which are Registered by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, in connection with the change of address of “Freedom Finance Armenia” Limited Liability Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
