  Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133, Paragraph 146 (1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 27, dated June 11, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated May 21, 2025, May 27, 2025, and June 6, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Remove Christine Hasratyan from her registered role as Member of the Board of “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
  2. Register Vadim Zaleev into the role as Member of the Board of “ID Leasing” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
