GOVERNOR DECISION

Registering the “Ejmiatsin” Branch Office of “Credit Concept” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 7 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Chapter 4 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 26, dated June 4, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, dated May 21, 2025 and May 29, 2025, along with all the required documentation and deliverables, which “Credit Concept” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

1. Register the “Ejmiatsin” Branch Office of “Credit Concept” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Credit Concept” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Credit Concept” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
