 GOVERNOR DECISION

 June 4, 2025  No. 1/179 A

 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Ardshinbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 33 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, and Paragraph 201 (1) and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Field of Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 26, dated June 4, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Ardshinbank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on May 5, 2025, May 6, 2025, May 27, 2025, and May 29, 2025,

            We decide: 

1. Remove Hovhannes Mkrtichyan from his registered role as Chief Accountant (a member of the Executive Board, ex officio) of “Ardshinbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. Remove Arthur Hakobyan from his registered role as Member of the Executive Board of “Ardshinbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
3. Register Armine Khachatryan into the role as Chief Accountant (a member of the Executive Board, ex officio) of “Ardshinbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
4. Register Mihran Mouradyan into the role as Member of the Executive Board of “Ardshinbank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
5. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
