 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Gazelle Finance” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 92 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 146 (1) and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letters of request, dated May 15, 2025 and May 22, 2025, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Gazelle Finance” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide:         

  1. Remove Tigran Hovhannisyan from his registered role as Executive Director of “Gazelle Finance” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
  2. Remove Tigran Hovhannisyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Gazelle Finance” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
  3. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Gazelle Finance” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Gazelle Finance” Universal Credit Organization, a Limited Liability Company.
