GOVERNOR DECISION

 Granting Consent to the Operation of the Computer Program Provided to “Voske Aga”, a Limited Liability Company, by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia

 

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Paragraph 113 of Regulation 10 “Licensing and Regulation of Foreign Currency Purchase and Sale Operations” as approved under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Board Resolution No 138-N, dated May 15, 2007; and

Considering the application, dated May 22, 2025, submitted by “Voske Aga”, a Limited Liability Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

  1. Grant a consent to the operation of the computer program provided to “Voske Aga” Limited Liability Company (Activity License no. 829/7 for foreign exchange trading transactions; company address: Building no. 2, Shop #103, Vilnius Str., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia, and 37 Building, 105 Vilnius Str., Yerevan, Republic of Armenia) by the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia.
  2. Instruct the Information Technology Department of the Information Technology and Cybersecurity Directorate of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia to carry out the installment of the required computer program.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
