GOVERNOR DECISION

 May 23, 2025 No. 1/169 A

 Registering the Changes Introduced to the “Rules to Membership and Market Participation”, “Rules to Government Bonds Trading”, “Rules to Foreign Exchange Trading”, “Rules to General Trading” and “Regulation on Supervision” of Armenia Stock Exchange, an Open Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 116 (4) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Securities Market”, and Paragraph 66 of Regulation 5/01 “Registration and Licensing of the Regulated Market Operator; Rules to Seeking a Preliminary Consent for Acquisition of Qualifying Holding in Statutory Capital of the Regulated Market Operator; Procedure, Method and Timeframes for Presenting the Business Plan” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 17-N, dated January 15, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 24, dated May 23, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Armenia Stock Exchange”, an Open Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on May 9, 2025 and May 23, 2025,    

 We decide:

1. Register the changes introduced to the following regulatory documents – “Rules to Membership and Market Participation”, “Rules to Government Bonds Trading”, “Rules to Foreign Exchange Trading”, “Rules to General Trading” and “Regulation on Supervision” – of “Armenia Stock Exchange” Open Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
