 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “HayPost” Closed Joint-Stock Company, a Payment and Settlement Organization

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 22 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Payment Systems and Payment and Settlement Organizations”, and Paragraph 83 and Paragraph 96 of Regulation 17/01 “Procedure for Licensing the Payment and Settlement Organizations, Recordkeeping of Branch Offices; Manager Qualification, Appraisal of Professional Adequacy and Registration” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 285-N, dated October 25, 2011;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 23, dated May 21, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “HayPost” Closed Joint-Stock Company, a Payment and Settlement Organization, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on May 6, 2025, May 7, 2025, and May 16, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Remove Marine Aroushanyan from her registered role as Chief Accountant of “HayPost” CJSC Payment and Settlement Organization.
  2. Register Hripsime Gabrielyan into the role as Chief Accountant of “HayPost” CJSC Payment and Settlement Organization.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
