GOVERNOR DECISION

 Registering “Ejmiatsin” Branch Office of “Card AgroCredit” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 7 (3) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Chapter 4 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 23, dated May 21, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of requests, dated April 22, 2025, May 13, 2025, and May 16, 2025, respectively, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Card AgroCredit” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia,

 We decide: 

1. Register the “Ejmiatsin” Branch Office of “Card AgroCredit” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Card AgroCredit” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Card AgroCredit” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
