 GOVERNOR DECISION

 May 20, 2025 No. 1/165 A

 Resuming the 10-Business-Day Period Suspended in Connection with Registration of the Rules of “TDC 1” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “TD Capital”, a Limited Liability Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g¹”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”;

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 22, dated May 14, 2025); and

Having examined the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “TD Capital”, a Limited Liability Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on January 30, 2025 and on April 1, 2025 for registration of the rules of “TDC 1” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund,

 We decide: 

1. Resume the 10-business-day period suspended under the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Governor Decision (no. 1/37A, dated February 5, 2025) in connection with registration of the Rules of “TDC 1” Interval, Non-Public, Contractual Investment Fund of “TD Capital” Limited Liability Company.
2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “TD Capital” Limited Liability Company or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “TD Capital” Limited Liability Company.
