 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Amio Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 33 (2) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Banks and Banking”, and Paragraph 226 of Regulation 1 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration; Granting Consent and Permission; Appraising the Professional Integrity and Qualification in the Field of Banking” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 145-N, dated April 12, 2005; and

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 22, dated May 14, 2025), and the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “Amio Bank”, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on April 11, 2025, April 22, 2025, May 8, 2025, and May 12, 2025,

           We decide: 

  1. Register Levon Rubinyan into the role as Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board and as Member of the Executive Board of “Amio Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.  
  2. Register Azamat Khakui into the role as Deputy Chairman of the Executive Board of “Amio Bank” Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  3. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
