 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “Farm Credit Armenia” Universal Credit Organization, a Commercial Cooperative

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 9 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133 and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and,

Considering the conclusion issued by the Licensing and Supervision Committee of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia (Minutes No. 22, dated May 14, 2025), and the letter of request, dated May 2, 2025, along with the documentation and deliverables, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia by “Farm Credit Armenia” Universal Credit Organization, a Commercial Cooperative,

 We decide: 

  1. Register Qnarik Petrosyan into the role as Member of the Board of “Farm Credit Armenia” Universal Credit Organization, a Commercial Cooperative.
  2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Farm Credit Armenia” Universal Credit Organization, a Commercial Cooperative, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Farm Credit Armenia” Universal Credit Organization, a Commercial Cooperative.
