 Registering the Change to the Structure of the Managers of “AYO” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 92 (1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133 and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated July 1, 2008; and

Considering the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, which “AYO” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, submitted to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on April 30, 2025 and on May 14, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Register Mikhail Amirkhanyan into the role as Executive Director of “AYO” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “AYO” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “AYO” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
