GOVERNOR DECISION

 April 30, 2025 No. 1/143 A 

 Introducing a Change to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Governor Decision No. 1/494A, dated December 24, 2024

 

 In view of Article 18 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”; and

Pursuant to Article 33 and Article 34 of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Normative Legal Acts”;

           We decide: 

  1. Replace the date “02.05.2025” as specified in operative clause 3 of the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia Governor Decision (no. 1/494A, dated December 24, 2024) on “Allowing the Temporary Termination of the Activities of the “Erebuni” Branch Office of “Unibank” Open Joint-Stock Company” with the date “02.06.2025”.
  2. This decision to enter into force on the day it is signed.
