 Registering the Changes to the Structure of the Managers of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company

 In view of Article 18 (4) (“g1”) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia”, and Article 92 (1) of the Republic of Armenia Law “On Credit Organizations”, and Paragraph 133 and Paragraph 146 and Paragraph 171 of Regulation 13 “Procedures for Licensing, Registration, Granting Consent and Permission, Appraisal of the Professional Adequacy and Qualification in the Credit Organization Activity” as approved under the Republic of Armenia Central Bank Board Resolution No. 194-N, dated 01.07.2008; and

Considering the letters of request, along with the required documentation and deliverables, submitted by “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, to the Central Bank of the Republic of Armenia on April 3, 2025, May 5, 2025, May 6, 2025, May 7, 2025, May 8, 2025, and May 12, 2025,

 We decide: 

  1. Remove Gagik Poghosyan from his registered role as Member of the Board of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  2. Register Luiza Igraryan into the role as Member of the Board of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company.
  3. This decision to enter into force upon being registered with “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, a Closed Joint-Stock Company, or on the day following its delivery, in the prescribed manner, to an authorized representative of “Kamurj” Universal Credit Organization, CJSC.
